Hi! Welcome to version.. umm.. 3.0 beta? of Itchy Hands. The old version (v2) has been “retired (archived)”:http://bygone.itchyhands.com. I’ve moved all the old content because I’m giving Itchy Hands a breath of fresh air. It’s going to be totally different now. Stay tuned to check out the changes, and expect to hear more about “Apple (Think different)”:http://www.apple.com, lifehacks, and loads of how-tos and tips.

I was originally going to launch this blog again later because I wanted to launch this site later in conjunction with the “CSS Reboot”:http://www.cssreboot.com. But I was itching to blog so bad I had to quickly launch this blog again with a temporary design. It’s a real quick bang-up job, hence version 3.0 beta. For the record, the current design is based on a “Textpattern port”:http://textgarden.org/layouts/30/Connections of the Connections theme for Wordpress. I’ll come up with a completely new design myself when I find the time.

__Did I hear you say Textpattern?__

Yep, you did. Itchy Hands is now powered by “Textpattern (Code is pottery)”:http://www.textpattern.com. “Movable Type (Personal Publishing Platform)”:http://www.movabletype.org (which this blog ran on previously) did a great job as a CMS(Content Management System) but I was getting tired of the spam and somehow it just felt slower compared to Wordpress or Textpattern. Anyway, I’m loving Textpattern because it’s super flexible. Expect to hear more about Textpattern too.

So that’s it, I’ll try to bang out a few entries quickly so do come back. In fact, why don’t you subscribe to my feed? See ya ’round!
